We are getting ready for the Summer season by adapting ourselves with hygiene and security regulations, by training ourselves and our employees with the help of experts and by taking all the protective measures, in order to guarantee a beautiful and carefree holiday in our house.

directly from home, via a link that will be sent to you together with the booking confirmation or by sending us your personal details by e-mail.

Safe in the hotel
All areas of our hotel will be regularly ventilated, cleaned and disinfected. All sensitive surfaces and points of contact such as elevators, door handles etc. are disinfected several times a day. Throughout the hotel, you will find dispensers with disinfectant gel.
 

Rooms
All our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Before each check-in they will be sanitized as well.
 

Dining room
In the dining room, as well as on our terrace and bar the safety distance between the tables will be guaranteed. Our waiters will work using masks and hand sanitizer.


Kitchen
All our kitchen staff will work with mask, gloves and hand sanitizers. Several times a day all surfaces, devices and machines will be cleaned and disinfected.
  

Relax rooms
are at your disposal in accordance with the safety distance directives.
  Pool and wellness area
Are at your disposal. Chlorine present in the pool water and high temperatures in saunas are not considered virus-transmitting agents. In all areas and facilities, the minimum distance must be respected and the number of people will be reduced.

Gym
Use of the gym by reservation only, to guarantee a disinfected area after every use.

All employees
are constantly informed and instructed on the new sanitary standards and will also use masks and hand sanitizers. Their body temperature will be measured every day.

Cancellation conditions: as the state of emergency ended on March 31st in Italy, there are no special cancellation conditions. Only our general conditions of cancellation apply.

Insurance: for insurance coverage in the event of cancellation for personal reasons or other than those listed above, it is advisable to take out a private travel policy.
