The cuisine of Hotel Boè features:
- In the morning: rich breakfast buffet with homemade cakes, savoury specialities, typical breads, and other delicacies
- In the evening: dinner is served in our restaurant and in our traditional “stuben”, we prepare new menus with varied courses every day, buffet with crispy salad and seasonal vegetables, cheeses, and desserts
- Special evenings: welcome aperitif with gala dinner, typical Ladin dinner, dinner with buffet of sweets and typical cheeses
- Wine list with wide assortment of regional, national, and international fine wines
- Christmas gala dinner and festive New Year’s Eve dinner (Christmas dinner with fixed menu, afternoon of the 24th with hot drinks,Christmas cakes, and a visit from Santa Claus)
